Monique Weiss (CEO)
Monique Weiss, Chief Executive Officer, joined Frank Capital Partners LLC (FCP) in September of 2009. Previously, she was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management where she was in charge of Sales and Business Development for the Americas region, creating a multi-billion dollar business. Prior to MSIM she worked in analysis and trading in Emerging Markets and Mortgage Backed Securities at Morgan Stanley’s global headquarters where she started her career in 1991.
Ms. Weiss has extensive global experience working with institutional clients such as Central Banks, Pension Funds, and Corporate Treasuries. She led the team that was the first in the industry to register US mutual funds for sale in the various Latin American pension systems. As part of her role, Ms. Weiss spearheaded the operational build out of new offshore fund product, including managing mutual fund service providers, product structuring, and legal organization.
Ms. Weiss is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, and she has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. She graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Finance and minor degrees in French and Spanish from Pennsylvania State University.

Brian Frank (CIO)
Mr. Frank has been the Chief Investment Officer for FCP since 2003 and the Portfolio Manager of the Frank Value Fund and Frank Value Fund SP (Cayman) since inception in July 2004, and January 2014, respectively. After working at Lightyear Capital, a private equity fund organized by Donald Marron of Paine Webber, Brian co-founded FCP. FCP started as a single-family office, and Mr. Frank managed the assets with the goal of maximizing wealth for the long-term.
The success of this strategy led to the creation of the Frank Value Fund, a mutual fund isolating FCP’s equities portfolio. The Frank Value Fund has eight times been ranked as a Wall Street Journal Category King.
Mr. Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University’s Stern School of business in Finance and Accounting. He also has passed the Series 65 exam. Mr. Frank has appeared on CNBC, Fox Business, Bloomberg Radio, and Market watch Radio, and he has been featured in articles in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Bloomberg, Barrons, CNN Money, Investors Business Daily, Kiplinger, Moneyshow.com, The Star Ledger, The Street.com, and Reuters.
