Chief Executive Officer, Frank Capital Partners LLC
Monique Weiss joined Frank Capital Partners LLC (FCP) in September of 2009. Previously, she was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management where she was in charge of Sales and Business Development for the Americas region, creating a multi-billion dollar business. Prior to MSIM she worked in analysis and trading in Emerging Markets and Mortgage Backed Securities at Morgan Stanley's global headquarters where she started her career in 1991.
Ms. Weiss has extensive global experience working with institutional clients such as Central Banks, Pension Funds, and Corporate Treasuries. She led the team that was the first in the industry to register US mutual funds for sale in the various Latin American pension systems. As part of her role, Ms. Weiss spearheaded the operational build out of new offshore fund product, including managing mutual fund service providers, product structuring, and legal organization.
Ms. Weiss is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, and she has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. She graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Finance and minor degrees in French and Spanish from Pennsylvania State University.

Portfolio Manager & President, Frank Capital Partners LLC
Brian Frank has been portfolio manager for the Frank Value Fund since its inception in July of 2004. Frank adjusted the fund's strategy to catalyst-driven s/mid cap value in January 2022.
After working in private equity, he co-founded Frank Capital Partners in June 2003. Mr. Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University's Stern School of Business. He has a Series 65 license and is personally invested in the Fund.
The Frank Value Fund has eight times been ranked as a Wall Street Journal Category King in the Multi-cap Core and Mid-cap Core Categories.
